We are a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children, girl aged 14, girl aged 15 and boy aged 16. We are very happy where we live. My partner works in Aged Care and I'm a paralegal (Legal Secretary) who works about 5 min walk away in the Ballina CBD. We would love to holiday anywhere in Australia to have a break and have fun using this website. We would love for a family/couple to enjoy our beautiful surroundings here in Ballina on the river. There is so much to do and a bus about 5 mins away to take you to Byron Bay, Mullumbimby and all other areas. The markets here are incredible especially Bangalow on the 3rd week each month. About our Apartment / Unit: Our unit is on the fourth floor of a security building which includes undercover security parking. You are most welcome to use our Hydundai Getz (has been recently serviced and goes like a dream up to the Gold Coast being only 1 hr away).

Modern kitchen, double door fridge, new microwave, dishwasher, brand new washing machine (9 kilo) and dryer. Large TV connected with dvd player and king size bed in master bedroom with walk in robe with ensuite. Second and third bedrooms with single bed has its own very large bathroom with spa.

We have a huge wrap around balcony showing the beautiful sunset each night. New BBQ and large table with 6 chairs for outside dining.

The complex also boasts a beautiful clean swimming pool.

There are lots to list so I will list as many as I can now. Lots of beautiful recreactional bushwalks in our state forests. We have a olympic size, baby and toddler swimming pool together with its own water slide about 5 mins walk away. Local library, bus stop and shops all in 5 mins walk. Woolworths is just behind us and there are great restaurants around us. The RSL is 10 min walk along the scenic boardwalk and the Ramada with its first class restaurant is the buliding right next door to our home. There is a lovely walk along the river that takes about 30-35 minutes to the rockwalk and local beach. From there you can hire kyaks to get you onto the river (cheap). You can swim in the river (about 10 mins walk away). We have 3 bicycles for you to use. I will email you more attractions that you can drive to and enjoy. We also have 4 fishing rods for you to use. You can sit just downstairs and fish with the locals on a high tide which is twice a day.

And dont forget our beautiful dolphins that come in every day (mostly at 5:00pm) to feed, teach and play with their young.
I have also seen seals, stingrays and plenty of turtles in the river as well.

We have a 10yr old cockatiel bird named Orion. He is very easy to look after. He loves talking to people and a very chirpy bird.
