We are family of 3. 2 adults and 9 year old daughter. Have friends and relatives in Sydney and Newcastle that we love to visit. Also very fond of Murray River areas and Queensland. Mostly free during VIC school holidays and Christmas/January. We're a professional couple with a (mostly) neat daughter. We love good cooking and good company - we know it's a big step to house-swap, but our sole experience so far, has been great. We are happy to look after pets, even though we don't have any of our own. We promise to care for your home and leave it neat and tidy.

About our House: two storey, living downstairs, 3 bedrooms (including master bathroom) upstairs. 2nd toilet downstairs. Downstairs has very large kitchen-family area and separate living room with TV PVR, DVD player, Heating and cooling throughout - separate controls for each bedroom and living. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher , MW and walk-in pantry. Small courtyard with outside table and chairs. Bedrooms: master has QB, second has double bed , 3rd (child's bedroom) has single bed. Very large bathroom with separate shower and bath and toilet. Picturesque walk to local shopping strip with very friendly local businesses, great restaurants and world's best gelato shop. . 2 cafes and corner shop only two blocks away if you can't manage the longer walk! 5 playgrounds in walking distances, including large park with BBQ facilities, large playground and oval. 10 minute drive to Williamstown beach. 12 minute train ride to Melbourne CBD. Catch train either 2 blocks away, or from Yarraville shops, about 10 minute walk. Will consider car swap also. Have 2010 VW Jetta automatic. PLEASE NOTE - rooms are wider thean they appear in the photos below. David and I work back to back in kitchen with plenty of room!

Williamstown beach 10 minutes by car. (tourist area with shops and restaurants.) 12 minutes by train to Melbourne CBD. Also easy access to Flemington racecourse, MCG and Etihad stadium. Great location for tennis lovers. Also 10 minute drive to Scienceworks Museum, which is a great place for children - and very inexpensive entry fees. Sun Theatre in Yarraville Shopping Village is a great local cinema.
