Retired professional couple, easygoing and active. Electrical engineer with own business for 20 yrs and Senior Teacher. We are neat, clean and tidy and treat other property as we do our own. Been to most countries in the World and thoroughly enjoy traveling and good company. Recently returned from the Baltic area with visits to Russia, Norway, Germany etc. We have grandchildren in Melbourne, Sydney & Perth whom we would love to see more often.

We love the area in which we live, about half way between Brisbane and the Gold coast, close to all major amenities, but enjoy the peaceful environment around us. Regularly enjoy nights out at the theatre and concerts with great dining experiences both at Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We are social drinkers and non smokers.
As we have grandchildren so we have a baby cot, Safe n Sound car seat, highchair, lightweight pram and some DVDs and toys etc suitable for children. All fully fenced and safe for the little ones if you have any.
ADSL2 internet and two computers. laser and colour printers are also available.

A large rumpus room with a full sized pool table, TV, stereo and PVR. Fully landscaped 900mtr sq. block with 10metre pool, as per photos.

Easy clean, high quality Spanish floor tiles and ducted vacuum system makes this open plan house easy to maintain.

Only 10 minutes to Dream World, White Water World, Wet & Wild, Movie World, and R.M.Williams Outback Spectacular. 25 mins to Seaworld and Surfers Paradise and beaches. The beautiful Mt Tambourine and the Scenic Rim is a pleasant 30 minute drive. Or, drive up to the famous O'Rielly's retreat and take the sky walk among the birds. A truly spectacular trip is around the Hinze dam through to Murwillumbah via the rim. Breathtaking views right down to Byron Bay, which is about 1.5 hours south of us. 40 minutes to Gold Coast Airport car park and about the same to Brisbane, traffic dependant.

The Sunshine Coast with attractions like Australia Zoo is an easy Motorway drive over the Gateway Bridge. Both cars have transponders. no need to worry about tolls,
A really good local shopping centre with a large IGA, a medical centre, bakery, chemist, post office, petrol, hotel, Gym, pizza, and a very good Asian restaurant is only 3 minutes away, within walking distance if you are active, and several major shopping centres 15 minutes away.

Charlie is a gorgeous 5 year old Spoodle, a gentle, well behaved, pet who loves children. (Doesn't shed, Great for allergies) We are prepared to board him in kennels if preferable. We have goldfish who need feeding daily.
