We are a family of four including 2 teenage children (ages 18 and 16). We are limited to swapping in school holidays. Our house has a lovely window seat looking out over our garden for reading. We like the theatre, music, swimming, tennis, and cafes. Please be assured your home will be treated with respect and care, and we hope you enjoy staying in our house which has been our family home now for 20 years.

About our House: Three bedroom Victorian weatherboard, fully renovated, with fan in main living room. Hydronic heating; 2 toilets. Very light and pleasant. Garden.

We are between Lygon Street and Sydney Road in the heart of Brunswick, close to all cafes, restaurants, ice-cream parlours etc and a short walk to Princes Park (in North Carlton). We are a short tram or bike ride into the city (30 minute walk), two minutes walk to Lygon Street trams (no. 1 takes you to South Melbourne; no. 8 to Toorak); and 3 minutes to Sydney Road trams, we are also just 10 minutes walk to Jewell railway station). Within striking distance of the Zoo (20 minute walk); Museum, cinemas, city hospitals, Melbourne University, Parkville public gold club. Easy access to Tullamarine airport (20 minutes). Close to bike paths.
