We are former teachers now retired. We enjoy travelling and last September we had our first home swapping with an irish couple. We are very respectful of others' home and very tidy. We would prefer a non simultaneous swapping as in this way we can give and receive assistance.

About our Flat: The flat is our second home. We sometimes let it in summer (July and August) and sometimes we have some relatives as guests. It is usually free from September to may/june. It is situated on the ground floor of a small cond. We live in the flat upstairs. It is very near to the beach (five minutes walk) and restaurants, supermarkets, every kind of shops are within walking distance. No need to use a car! the flat is about 90 m3 and has got fridge/freezer, iron, tvcolour, dvd player, stereo, coffee pot, washing machine, etc.
