We are a professional couple who love to travel and have family living in New Zealand. We live and work in Sydney. I am in education and Phil is an importer who travels around South East Asia sourcing goods. We are interested in history and art and being by the sea. As well as offering our beach house we are happy to swap our Sydney apartment which is only suitable for a couple as well as our beach house. The one bedroom apartment is on the 10th floor of a modern complex. 74 sq, large living, dining and kitchen with doors which open on to the balcony. We are right on the bus run to CBD & Glebe and minutes walk to Annandale village with all you need including cafes and restaurants. The complex has a 50m outdoor heated pool, 25m indoor pool and 2 gyms. The tram is a short walk through the park as is the waterfront a Jubilee Park. We walked to the Fishmarket and Pyrmont this morning. We are planning to travel to Italy in September and would like to swap a place on the Ligurian Coast ( Santa Margherita to Sestre Levante) between 22 -27 September 2012.
