We are a professional couple (architect and academic) with two kids aged 5 and 2. We love living by the beach and hope that another family will enjoy our home and the great location. We enjoy swimming, surfing, walking, food, movies, art galleries and reading.

About our Apartment / Unit: The apartment is in a prime location with a leafy outlook overlooking Ivanhoe Park botanical gardens with a distant view to the beach. It is minutes walk from the harbour and ocean beaches and all the attraction of Manly town centre. It is a 3 bedroom apartment occupying the full northern side of the apartment block with lots of light and amenity.
There is a large open plan living / dining area and a generous balconies with BBQ perfect for alfresco meals. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a study area, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom contains a cot and a bunk bed. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. We have lots of toys for the kids, wifi, dvd and television.
