We are a professional couple with 2 children - 2 years old and a 5 month old. We are originally from Adelaide and been living on Sunshine Coast for 8 years. Although new to house swaps we have previously house sat for several work colleagues (at their request). We have family and friends in Adelaide hence our interest in swaps there, and love Tassie and WA so would welcome another trip to see more of both states.

About our House: We live in a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat level house in a quiet residential cul de sac backing on to a private rainforest with plenty of birdlife. There is separate lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area with large covered outdoor deck. Main bedroom with ensuite, and 2 other good size bedrooms, large main bathroom and separate toilet and laundry. Fully fenced yard with established native gardens.

Walk to local Palmwoods village where there is Palmwoods Hotel, cafes, restaurant, newsagent, bakery, chemist and IGA supermarket. Walk to local pool, tennis courts.

10 minutes drive from Montville and Maleny hinterland tourist towns where there are shops, and local walks. 20 minutes to beaches, shops and restaurants of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. 25 minutes to beautiful beaches and national parks of Noosa.

Australia Zoo and Underwater World both about 25 minutes drive.

We have a dog, Kelpie, 13 years old, outdoor dog only.
