Hello - our names are Robyn and Arthur, both working in professions within State Government and Local Government. We call ourselves mature these days but only by age (in late 50's). We have a home with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, two bathrooms and a park outlook from the outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. A yard for children to play in as well. Our children are grown up but our beautiful grandchildren spend lots of time with us and they range from 21 years of age to 1 year old so the house is very 'kid friendly'. Our house is within a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sapphire Beach and a 5 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city. We are looking to swap for January and February (maybe even March TBC) in 2012. We are very proud of our home and keep it well maintained so am looking for people who share that view and will take care of it as we will most certainly do for yours.

About our House: Our modern home is located just north of Coffs Harbour. It is a 4 bedroom home - two separate living areas. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive to Coffs Harbour City. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with a mix of retired people and families. A corner shop nearby and supermartkets within 5 minutes drive. As seen in profile has all mod cons and entertaining area that faces out to a park, which is a suitable play area for children.

Coff Harbour boasts great beaches, good childrens/family attractions and is in close proximaty to the hinterland and other North Coast spots like Port Macquarie, Ballina, Byron Bay and less than 4 hours drive to the Gold Coast. Coffs Harbour and surrounds have a extensive range of restaurants. There is Water Park for children, toboggan ride and ice skating. Local cinema with all the lastest movies.
