We are a professional couple (Im an Occupational Therapist and my husband is an Engineer) with two primary school aged sons. We have a lovely home in Hawthorn that we would like to swap for a beach house in the summer holidays. Were interested in a coastal home in Vic, NSW or QLD. Were very flexible around dates.

About our House: Our home is a light-filled, semi-detached Art Deco house situated in a quiet, friendly court. The downstairs comprises a porch, lounge, dining, sunroom, powder-room/laundry and kitchen (fully renovated, dishwasher). Upstairs is the master bedroom, a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a study, WC and bathroom (with separate shower and bath). We have plenty of secure, off-street parking and a beautiful court yard with a BBQ and outdoor setting. Ducted heating and cooling, polished floorboards, low maintenance, uncluttered and child friendly!

It is about 7km from Melbourne CBD, and is walking distance to public transport, parks, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the vibrant Glenferrie Road shopping strip. You can walk to the station and travel 4 stops to the CBD, or catch a bus to Chadstone Shopping Centre.
