We are an energetic retired professional couple (bank executive and teacher) who enjoy travelling and new experiences. We are well travelled and have visited Australia on several occassions for both professional and holiday purposes which we have very much enjoyed. We would respect any members home as our own. We also have a 2 bedroom apartment in a very popular part of South West London which is also available. We can be very flexible with times and do not necessarily have to exchange simultaneously.

About our House: We built our house in 2010 and it is a modern, easy to live in beautiful home with stunning views in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is situated in the traditional, unspoilt Cornish fishing village of Coverack (www.coverack.org.uk) within garden and grounds of 2 acres.

Coverack village has a lively community throughout the year with village shops, an excellent pub and 3 restaurants. The reknowned South West Coastal Path passes through the village and the Helford Estuary, Helford village and other old fishing villages and several friendly pubs and restaurants are within 10 miles. The larger towns of Truro and St Ives are about 20 miles away.
