About our House: We live in a fully renovated 1926 Californian Bungalow with period features and polished floorboards throughout. A side driveway is suitable for off street parking.The front door leads to a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed ,built in robes,desk and ceiling fan.A Home Cinema has the usual large screen tv,dvd,x-box and a wide selection of movies to watch.A home office is adjacent. Walking through you come to the open plan, art deco inspired, kitchen and dining room which opens onto a deck through cedar bifold doors.A small paved backyard has a lock up garage with laundry,BBQ,outdoor setting and landscaped garden beds with a water feature. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan,ensuite,spa and walk in robe.A small juliette balcony overlooks the backyard.Another bedroom with double bed,built in robes and desk completes our tour of the house.

We are situated just a 5 minute stroll from Five Dock's main street that contains an RSL club,supermarket, deli's and a variety of restarants with al fresco dining. Five Dock is surrounded by many wonderful parks, bowling clubs and golf courses including the well known Concord Golf Course. We are only a few minutes from the Parramatta River where a River Cat can ferry you into the city.Also close by is the famous 7km Bay Run around Iron Cove.We are about half an hour from the City Beaches including Bondi. The main shopping centre and cinemas are at Westfield Burwood 5 minutes away.
