My husband is a carpenter and I am a paediatric Occupational Therapist. We were born and raised in the local area and have enjoyed travelling to different parts of Australia- and a few countries overseas. We're under 30 but are very responsible and would take great care of any house we stayed at.
About our House: Our 2 year old brick house has all the mod-cons and is located in a lovely street. There is a large flat backyard with low maintainence plants- including a great vegie garden, fruit trees and herbs. We have a beautiful view of Mt Buffalo from one of our lounge-room windows and views of the surrounding hills from our backyard. A red gum deck with BBQ and huge table is great for the outdoors- with a heater and/or fire pit in winter if needed! The master bedroom has its own ensuite and there is a family bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen has a large caesarstone benchtop with dishwasher and 6 burner gas cooktop with 900m oven and is in the centre of our open plan living area. Located a few minutes from the Rail Trail Bike Track, less than half an hour to Lake Buffalo, 90 minutes to snowfields and with access to numerous wineries and gourmet food suppliers throughout the alpine shire and nearby Milawa region. Its also only a 50 minute drive to Albury airport (2.5 hours from Melbourne). Myrtleford is a place to relax or be active and has so many things to do.
