We are a family of 4 with 2 very well behaved children. We have a girl of 10 and a little boy of 2.
We love where we live as we love the outdoor life and with our house backing onto a lake it is perfect.
We are new to house swapping and are a little nervous but very excited about our first swap. We are hoping to swap down in Northshore Sydney for the New Year period.

About our Duplex: We have a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house that looks out over the lake. We live on a secure gated complex with 2 pools and 2 spas, tennis courts and outdoor bbq areas.
The main bedroom has a queensize bed, ensuite and overlooks the lake. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.
We have a fabulous back verandah that looks onto the lake with huge bbq - perfect for evening meals al fresco. We also have a kayak if you should fancy a gentle paddle up the lake. Very relaxing!

With the glitz of Surfers Paradise just 20 mins away and the theme parks 30 minutes, this is an ideal location for a family holiday. Currumbin Wildlife Centre is just down the road and we are 5 mins from beautiful Currumbin Beach.
With easy access to the highway we are only 50 mins to Byron Bay one way and 50 mins to Brisbane the other.
We have a small shopping mall within walking distance with easy access to public transport to get you where ever you want to go.
There are some lovely walks around the area with childrens play parks along the way. And with so many gorgeous beaches close by, this really is 'the sunshine state'!
