Retired couple mid-60's. We are non-smokers and neat tidy and quiet couple and would look after your home as well as we do our own. We have an auto Hyundai i30 hatch as a car swap. We love to travel and now that we are retired and time is our own, thought that house swapping would be an excellent way to see and get to know different places.
We can be tempted for 1-2 week exchanges later this year or early 2014. We are currently booked from May to October 2013.

About our House: Low set modern brick home with double lockup garage. Reverse cycle split system air conditioning in living area. Timber floors in living areas with carpet in bedrooms. Queen size bed in main with en suite and twin singles in 2nd bedroom. Screened sunroom overlooking 10 x 5 mtr. inground pool.

We are at the north end of the Gold Coast and only 15 mins. away from Dreamworld, Movie World, Outback Spectacular and Sea World. There are major shopping centres at Helensvale, Runaway Bay and Harbour Town within 10 mins. drive also 2 resort style golf courses. 3 kms walk to the Broadwater and 10 mins. drive to surf beaches.
