In 5 mins walk, you have Balmain village which offers great restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops. Balmain is a harbour side suburb with a Victorian and arty flair. At the end of the street there is a ferry to Circular Quay in the Sydney CBD, There is also a regular bus service to Sydney CBD, taking approximately 15 mins. The apartment has cable TV, and 1 car park allocated.
