Were looking for a place close enough to commute to Rhodes, Sydney. Well care for pets, gardens and anything else you require.

Were Luke and Ange a married couple with a delightful 2 year old daughter, Julia. Julia is gentle and well-behaved. Were clean, tidy and organised.

Any pets will be cared for with the utmost care. Angela is a full-time Mum so can follow any daily pet routine you require. We love animals and wed have our own if we werent travelling so much. Angela previously has foster-cared for Grey Hounds through the Grey Hound adoption program.

At our home we compost and have a vegetable kitchen garden. So we'll be happy to look after your garden if needed.

Lukes accepted a contract working for a Superannuation company from Feb to July 2012 in Rhodes, Sydney. Were hoping to ease the burden of Sydney rent by house-sitting/swapping for some or all of that time.

About our House: Ten year old house recently renovated. Open plan kitchen/dining/playroom and separate lounge. Master bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. We also have a pull-out couch and single trundle. The main bathroom has a large spa bath.
Contained backyard with Trampoline and kitchen vegetable garden.

Lara is a semi-rural town perfectly located between Victorias two largest cities Melbourne (45 minute drive/train) and Geelong (15 minute drive/train). Were an 8 minute walk to Lara town-centre shops and a 12 minute walk to Lara train station.

Our house is 5 minutes drive from Serendip Sanctuary. Serendip is home to 150 species of bird across the year, plus kangaroo and wallaby. Entry is free.

Were in the middle of a fabulous boutique winery area Moorabool Valley. Other wineries are close by in the Bellarine and Surf Coast regions. Many offer gourmet food along side their wines.

Geelong has a gorgeous foreshore with a pier, promenade, a restored antique carousel, kids train rides, botanical gardens, playgrounds, free swimming pool and the famous Geelong waterfront bollard walk.

Were a half hour drive to the Bellarine Peninsula which has beautiful tourist towns, beaches, wineries, Victoria biggest theme park (Adventure Park), maze and mini-golf park, golf course, blueberry picking and much more. From Queenscliff you can ferry over to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.

Were a half hour to one of Victorias most popular surf beaches/towns Torquay. Close by lies the start of the famous Great Ocean Road with its many tourist sights and experiences.

And were also half hour drive to Fairy Park in Anakie. A great day out for young kids.
