We are Carl & Jenni, semi retired and love to travel. We would love to visit Melbourne for Christmas 2012 to experience the Myer Music Bowl Carols and Boxing Day Test. We are very respecful of other peoples property and have completed 3 exchanges in the past, all very successful and we keep in touch with all 3 families.

In 2013 we are hoping to visit Tasmania and WA.

About our House: Our home is surrounded by beautiful gardens, situated in a great area of the historic city of Maitland, NSW. 30 minutes to beautiful beaches and the city of Newcastle. 30 minutes to the famous Hunter Valley Vineyards and award winning Hunter Valley Gardens. 2 hours from the heart of Sydney.

Our home is very elegant with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office with internet. Lounge room, Dining room, Family Room leading to large outdoor deck, BBQ, inground pool.

Lots of cafes, art galleries, museums, world class golf courses, water sports, great food and wine, 4 Wheel driving,hot air ballooning etc.

We are able to offer 2 cars, a Subaru Liberty or a Nissan Pulsar as part of the exchange.

We are both semi retired, non smokers and have had 3 house exchanges in 2005 and loved it.
