We are professional couple in tourism management & education; we have 2 lovely boys 13 & 10. (Non-smokers) Our family loves the beach & all the boys surf & we enjoy living so close to the beach (1 block away) in our beautiful, small coastal village of Point Lonsdale. We operate our own accommodation business & have 2 new Studio Spa Cottages on our property (can be interconnecting for family) & we are intrested in swapping the cottages for 1-2 weeks away in school hols or a weekend anytime in coastal VIC. We would also enjoy looking after pets especially a dog if you have one. We are 100 metres to beach, 10 minute walk to village of Pt. Lonsdale & 3 minute drive to Queenscliff. About our Holiday /Second Home: Our house is one block to the beach; we have 2xSpa Cottages on the same property - fenced off at the rear; our house is at the front. We would be happy to swap 1 or both Spa Cottages - (Spa cottages are new built 2006) with pillowtop queen bed & double sofa bed in each, ensuite bathrooms with large spas, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery bar fridge/freezer (no cook top) - see website for more details - www.pointlonsdalecottages.com.au. Each cottage has a north facing sunny deck with sunlounge & outdoor setting, Big Flatscreen TV's, DVD, CD, WIFI air-con, split system heating, BBQ & outdoor heater available. Garden is native & no maintenance required. Off street parking for 4 cars inside property. We have 2 boys (10 & 13yrs) so have plenty of boys toys & bikes, playstation 3 & Wii, cottages sleep 2 couples or a family of 5.
