About our House: "Swell" is a classic three bedroom beach house with floorboards throughout. We have one main bathroom and a second toilet. The main living area and main bedroom are both airconditioned however we rarely use these as the ocean breezes are fantastic with a wonderful north east aspect taking in the views over Yamba's main beach and breakwall which provides safe passage into the wide reaches of the Clarence River. We have timber decks front and rear and a covered outdoor area with a wood BBQ. There is also a gas barbeque on the upper deck. You can walk to beaches, clubs, parks, the pub, and the main shopping and eatery areas of Yamba all within 300mtrs.
