Retired couple. Allen worked in the State Health Dept for 25 years and Lorraine was the Director of the Citizens Advice Bureau for WA and is now a Marriage Celebrant. We now do occasional work for the Dept of Housing and both have Police clearances. Whilst we are houseproud we do have 3 grandchildren living in Perth who visit us.
We also have 4 children and 6 grandchildren living in Geelong who we would like to visit more often. We also enjoy bush walking and the natural environment, and also enjoy the opera and concerts.

About our House: Spacious detached home with attractive reticulated gardens, mainly native plants, all mod cons as listed including secure automatic double garage, under the main roof patio, and reverse cycle cooling and heating unit.

The home is set on the Rivergums estate that has a large number of parks and open natural bush areas, walking and cycle paths that link the whole district. There is an abundance of wildlife and a large attractive lake with a fountain.

Local parks, shopping centre, Cafes, a Tavern and a Medical Centre within 5minutes. Beaches and coastal scenery within 10 minutes.
Rockingham Beach front has restaurants and cafes with excellent beaches and facilities.
Penguin Island is a natural wildlife reserve with great walks and offers boat tours in glass bottom boat to see seals and dolphins etc.
Excellent year round fishing and safe swimming locations.
Ideally placed to one of the major highways to the beautiful South of Western Australia.
