About our House: Nestled in the trees of Wooloweyah, this two story family home was built in the 1970's. We are currently in the process of renovating room by room. Kitchen, living room, 2 x bedrooms (1x queen bed, 1x double and 1xsingle), bathroom and enclosed play veranda upstairs. Rumpus room, bedroom(queen bed) and bathroom downstairs. Large fenced surrounding yard with children play equipment and vege gardens. As mentioned we are renovating so the kitchen and bathroom upstairs are of older style. New bath and shower downstairs. Covered carport. 100m walk from lake wooloweyah, 150m from local play park, 5mins drive to Yamba and 2mins drive to beach and angourie.
