My wife and I are both aged in our mid 30's with an 8 year old son and are laid back friendly people who have travelled, lived and worked overseas in the past but like to see more of Australia. We both work professionally as a property conveyancer and a tafe lecturer.
We are quite house proud and would certainly look after other peoples property as if it were our own. Would prefer holidays in the south australian school holidays where possible but would consider anytime of the year, to any destination including country SA so please feel free to contact us and see what can be arranged.
In September 2012 we had our second child (Caitlin) so we now have plenty of baby equipment/cot/car seat etc for anyone else who may have an infant.

About our House: Our house is very well located in the popular beachside suburb of Hallett Cove, which is located about 15 minutes to Glenelg and Marion and 20kms to the city centre. The train station is only a short ten minute stroll which can get you most places including the CBD while the local shopping centre and pub is also not far away. Also quite close to the terrific wineries of McLaren Vale.
The house itself is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas or 4 bedrooms and 3 living areas. Big kitchen/meals area and we also have a good pool table in the poolroom adjacent to the undercover spa and outdoor area with bbq and enclosed trampoline. Recently we've had a new pergola built. We also have a spin bike and treadmill for those who like keeping up their fitness (see last pic) along with a table tennis table and tennis racquets for a hit down at the locals courts. Multiroom Foxtel is also connected with plasma tvs and a gaming console (xbox 360) for passing the time. Quite open to car swap as well, we have a Ford Territory Ghia AWD with built in DVD player (great for the kids!) Sat Nav and fold out 7 seats.
