We are an outgoing, lovely 40yo couple, Debbie and Heinrich, with two well behaved little boys one aged 2 years and one aged 5 mths. (Our sons have a friendly live-in Swedish nanny (Annie) who sometimes travels with us). A total of 3 adults and 2 children - we only require 2 bedrooms as our boys sleep on their own little mattresses in our room or their nanny's room when we travel). Both my hubby and I work in I.T. (me from home) and we enjoy getting away from it all and seeing new places. We are all very healthy (non-smokers) and we will respect your home as we do our own. We love travelling, locally and internationally. As we have small children our home is therefore well equipped to handle small children. Our home is very clean, spacious and bright. We don't have any pets, but we are happy to care for yours (our boys adore cats and dogs!!). Since we live so close to so many of Melbourne's fine beaches in Bayside we enjoy visiting them as often as possible, either with friends to local beach cafes or walking/riding on the boardwalks that literally touch the waters edge around the bay from Sandringham to Port Melbourne.

About our House: Large, modern, brand new spacious 4 BR home, positioned in a fantastic central location in Bayside Melbourne. The house boasts a lovely spacious lounge at the front with a wide wide hall which leads to the rear living areas. The rear living area has a fully equiped modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops, an open-planned lounge and dining area which merges with a fantastic friendly and relaxing outdoor entertaining area with deck and garden, perfect for Summer fun or Winter relaxation. A BBQ, bar and outdoor lounge overlook a small neat garden. The ground floor living areas are tiled throughout, which gives the house a clean, fresh appearance (and is easy to look after). The bedrooms on the ground floor are carpeted.
Ground Floor Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom is located on the ground floor between the front lounge and the second bedroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, with a small yet stylish ensuite - shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Is the smallest bedroom with a single bed, small BIR and bookshelves, suitable for 1 adult/child. Beside Bedroom 2 is the laundry and a separate powder room with toilet and vanity.
Upstairs:
As you approach the top of the stairs there is a carpeted open plan living area with TV, DVD and lounge.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom number three on the RHS has a cot and single bed, suitable for 1 baby/toddler and 1 child/adult.
Bedroom 4: The forth bedroom on the LHS has a single bed with a trundle, bedside table (suitable for 2 children/adults). There is also enough room for another bed if required (we have a camp bed and mattress available if needed).
Bathroom: Bedroom's 3 & 4 are both conveniently located beside a spacious central tiled bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and large bath.
Car: We are prepared to negotiate a car swap, if necessary or required.
5 minute walk to one of the largest shopping centres - Southland Shopping Centre, 5-10 minute drive to Brighton Beach, 5-10 minute drive to Sandringham Beach, 5-10 minute drive to AMF 10 pin bowling, 10 minute drive to East Bentleigh Pools and Waterslide, 15-20 minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre, 15 minute drive to Olympic Ice Skating Rink, 15 minute drive to Caulfield , 15-20 minute drive to St Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Acland Street cafes and restaurants, 15-20 minute drive to Chapel Street shopping & cafes, 20-25 drive to Melbourne CBD. We are located about 5 minute walk from Cheltenham train station, which during peak times has express train services to and from the city.
