We are a couple in our 60s with one retired and one still working part time. We are a blended family and have adult children and grandchildren in NZ and Melbourne. Our modern property is in a gated community of 25 villas and very close to all amenities (walking distance). The community boasts a lovely swimming pool, BBQ and tennis court facilities and we have a spa pool in our private courtyard. Equidistant between Noosa and Caloundra and only one hour to Brisbane Airport. There are ample biking and walking tracks (all flat) and all Sunshine Coast tourist facilities are in easy reach.
About our Duplex: On the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Modern two story duplex in gated community with shared tennis court and swimming pool plus owners own spa pool in private courtyard. Walking distance (flat walk) to shops and amenities and 10 minutes from the beach.
