I'm single Dad Simon with 2 children - my son aged 4 and daughter 7. I'm General Manager of an advertising agency in central Sydney.

About our House: Single level, double fronted brick house in Lilyfield. The front of the house is circa 1890's and the back is renovated. Courtyard area with all BBQ facilities plus small lawn area. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, wi-fi, TV with Foxtel and stereo. Great neighbours with lots of privacy and backing on to a laneway.

3 bedrooms (master bedroom has a queen bed; first bedroom has 1 single bed; second bedroom has 1 single bed and single trundle), 1 bathroom (with large claw foot bath and separate shower), living area, dining area and modern kitchen and laundry. Plenty of on street parking right out front with no meters.

We're a pet free and smoke free household. We're happy to look after your pets (in most cases) but would prefer not to have pets at our place.

We're a 2 minute walk to the Lilyfield light rail station that goes to the Fish Markets, Casino, Darling Harbour, Haymarket (China Town), Paddys Markets, Entertainment Centre and Central Station.

Balmain is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk where there are loads of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Balmain is also full of parks, harbour reserves and ferry stops which can take you all over the harbour. Rozelle shops/cafes is a 10 minute stroll. We are a 5 minute walk to the Saturday organic growers markets at Orange Grove School, Lilyfield. We are also close to Callan Park & the Bay Run and Birkenhead Point outlet shopping centre.

Bondi, Clovelly, Tamarama beaches are an easy 20 minute drive straight through the cross city tunnel avoiding the city proper.
