We are a retired business couple. Who who live in Coorparoo, a suburb of Brisbane in the State of Queensland. Our "swap" home is our holiday apartment centrally located on Queensland's Gold Coast.
The apartment is not available during school holidays.

About our Apartment / Unit: Our holiday apartment is on the 4th floor, North-east corner of a beach front building about half-way between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
The building has resident managers, a heated swimming pool, a heated spa, sauna, three BBQ areas and one car park in the basement of the building.
The apartment has three bedrooms. The master has a dressing room, ensuite and queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a king sized bed which can be converted into two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed and a double bunk. Each bedroom has a balcony.
The kitchen is fully appointed and the lounge and dining room is comfortable for six adults. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower recess and the toilet is separate. The laundry contains a front loading washing machine, a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
