Hullo, My wife and I are a retired couple who love to travel and holiday. We have experienced several overseas house swaps and are now interested in swapping with like minded people in Australia.

About our Apartment / Unit: We live in a modern 8 unit complex with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 single bedroom with computer. The Unit has an ensuite and main bathroom upstairs and a down stairs toilet. Ground floor consists of the lounge/dining, kitchen and laundry with a single remote controlled garage and a large covered outdoor area great for outdoor dining or just relaxing with your favourite book. We are situated 2 minutes from a major shopping centre and close proximity to major clubs, Coolangatta Beach, the Gold Coast and Byron Bay only a 30 min drive. If required there is a bus service from the shopping centre. For the golf enthusiast we are a stone throw from the Tweed Hds golf course and for the bowls enthusiast there are several bowls clubs. This area has everything you would desire in a holiday.
