About our Apartment / Unit: The apartment is set in a quiet low-rise building with views across to the rear of the Victoria Barracks (mainly tennis court and native trees). It is on the top floor and so their are 4 flights of stairs, i.e. no lifts.

Inside, there is an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar which is part of the main living area. This large living area has a cathedral ceiling and a spacious feel. The balcony runs across the whole front of the apartment and has french sliding doors (also fitted with screen doors) from both the living room and guest room. The guest room has a queen sleeping sofa if required (so, the apartment can sleep up to 4), or it can be just a nice place to relax with a book. The main bedroom is set off from the street and provides for a good nights rest. The bathroom is smallish, and has an inbuilt European laundry - washer only.

In summary, it is a spacious and sunny apartment of 100 sqm situated in a relaxed neighbourhood, literally 10min walk to the city centre.

Located behind the Vicotria Barracks on St Kilda Road we are luckly enough to live in a quiet area, but still so close to all different kinds of actions and activities. Melbourne's vibrant city centre (including delicious China Town) is just a stones throw away, and the beach is just a 15min tram ride (Port Melbourne).
