My name is Jodhi, and my husband Tim are in our mid 30s, we have a 3.5 year old son Hunter and a 7 month old baby, Flynn. We are a very happy family living in our dream house on the Sunshine Coast. We love the beach and we love the sunshine. We also like to discover, revisit and take adventures to other parts of Australia and the world. We travelled quite extensively when we were younger and have now settled on the Sunshine Coast to bring up and expand a family of our own.

We enjoy the outdoors and love camping. Where possible we like to take our dog Marley (if a driving holiday) and cherish family time together. We have a beautiful home that we fell in love with at first sight and would love to be able to share it with others.

About our House: Located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast, where the mountain meets the sea, our fully fenced property backs on to beautiful forest reserve and is only a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to some of the coast's best beaches including Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland and Cotton Tree beach.

This family friendly, very private house has three spacious bedrooms all with leafy outlooks, with the main bedroom featuring an ensuite and spa. The kitchen is well equipped with modern cooking appliances and a dishwasher. The air conditioned open plan living area opens out on to a a large wrap around deck which looks over the forest and large backyard. There is plenty of birdlife that can be heard all throughout the day. Keep your eyes open for Kookaburras, King Parrots and other birds that often visit on the back deck.

Back inside the house, a secondary living area is a great place to sit and read a book, play some board games or for the young people in your family to watch DVDs, it is a fully equipped toy room for any little boy who loves cars and trucks!

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and your vehicle will be protected in the enclosed garage or ample off street parking.

The Neighbourhood

Buderim is a picturesque village located atop a mountain overlooking the Sunshine Coast. Our street is located on the north-eastern side of the mountain with many parks, shops and bush-walks located within walking distance.

Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headlands and Cotton Tree beaches are located 4kms from the house and other beaches such as Coolum, Kings Beach and Perigean are only 20 minutes away. Noosa is within a 45 minute drive, as is the beautiful Hinterland, including the very picturesque Maleny, Monteville, Mapleton, Kenilworth and Glass House Mountains. Sunshine Plaza, the coast's largest shopping centre, is only 5km from the house.

Other attractions on the Sunshine Coast include Australia Zoo, Underwater World @ Mooloolaba, Aussie World, Bellingham Maze, The Big Pineapple to name a few. There are so many activities for families with children of all ages.
