We are Graeme & Samantha, and a well behaved 9yr old boy, Matt. We originate from the UK but are here to spend the next year or so on the Sunshine Coast, where we have family & friends. Graeme is Australian and we want to spend some time with his brother in Perth, ideally for the Christmas holidays. We are also open to offers as we want to explore as much of Australia whilst we are here but we are limited to School Holidays. We are experienced house swappers having swapped our home in London with a Family in Queensland a couple of years ago. Our Profession in the UK (but we're currently both taking a career break) is Television production. We would take great care for your home and happy to water plants and look after pets. We are both non-smokers.

About our Apartment / Unit: A Light & Airy Apartment in small complex with a shared pool & very close to the beach. 1 double bedroom & 1 twin. Open plan living area, with wooden floors and a fully equipped Kitchen. There is double sofa bed in the living area if required. A secluded balcony with small sofa and table setting. Internet and all home comforts included. We have Bikes, camping gear & beach toys available for you to use. Friendly neighbourhood with good local cafes, restaurants & surf clubs. Large shopping centre 15min walk away. Good parks close by and of course we have Australia Zoo & Aussie World a short trip away. The Apartment is a no fuss, clean, modern & easy to keep clean, perfect for a family beach holiday or for a couple just wanting to relax and explore the area and it's beautiful hinterland.
