We are a married couple with 2 children, both boys, one aged 10 the other 16.
We built our house in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland 7 years ago and I commute to work in the UK.
The company have expanded into the Australian market and I need to spend some more time there to expand our marketing and company development. Our children have scool holidays May to September when we will vacate the house in Ireland and all go to Australia.

About our House: The House was recently constructed 7 years ago in 2005 with high quality fixtures and fittings. It is constructed in a very scenic area, being only 65m from the sea shore, between the main road and the shore line. There were strict planning consitions relating to the design of the house and the surrounding landscape.
There are 6 Bedrooms, all en suite with one bedroom doubling as a games room. The games room has a full size pool table. There is a seperate study.
Also a large lounge area with views over "Clew Bay" and Kintchen, dining room and conservatory area.
There is a seperate balcony patio area with views over clew bay and "Craoch Patrick" the famous county mayo mountain.

Westport is the main tourist attraction in Mayo (see ww.mayo-ireland.ie/Mayo/Towns/WestPort/). The house in a village called Lecanvey is about 8km from Westport. The house is only 1km from the base of "Croach Patrick" the famous county Mayo mountian which attracts lots of visitors.
The house is 65m from the beach and there is a beach and pier in the village.
One of the best rated european destinations for surfing is located at Caroniskey, about 8km towards another town Louisburgh.
Other attractions include visits to Islands (Clare Island, Inisturk Island and Inishboffin.
There is a local golf course, Westport golf course, an 18 hole championship course, open to the public,
Lake and sea fishing is available locally, boats can be charterred or hired.
Westport house is a local family entertainment attraction and is the venue for a music festival in June 2012.
