Hi We are both retired after careers in teaching and mining and can swap at any time. We have family in Adelaide and are keen to spend more time near them but would be happy to go anywhere in Australia.

About our House: Our house is highset with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs with a double car garage. A large deck at the back is very comfortable for entertaining and hand feeding the local birds. We have a good sized area of grass at the back and our gardens pretty much look after themselves.
