We are an active semi-retired couple in their early 60's living in a beautiful part of the Mid-North Coast of N.S.W. We enjoy all water sports as well as snow-skiing. Would love to swap a house/unit close to any ski fields. Travel is also our passion to enjoy different cultures, food etc. and meeting people.

About our Apartment / Unit: Our modern self-contained unit is very comfortable with amazing views from the lounge-room and master bedroom of the Nambucca River and surrounding beaches. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and clubs. Just a short walk to the river for excellent swimming and fishing. Enjoy sitting on the balcony admiring the scenery. Our unit is on the second floor (top) of a low rise apartment complex.

Local Attractions
Nambucca Heads is a lovely picturesque beach-side village with excellent surrounding surfing beaches. There are many little towns close-by i.e. Bellingen which has a fantastic rural atmosphere with a well-known monthly market and Dorrigo with old-growth forests and rain forests. Scotts Head is also very close-by. The Nambucca Valley also offers many golf-courses within a 15 minutes radius.
