About our House: Welcome!
Our house has 3 bedrooms (one with a King sized bed, one with a double bunk, one with a single plus a cot. We also have another spare queen sized bed down in storage which you are more than welcome to use. 2 bathrooms (one has a bathtub), large kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, lounge, outdoor eating, sunroom or playroom for kids, and a large reticulated garden complete with trampoline.
There is also a nice flatscreen TV with DVD player, music stereo etc. I am a musician so there is also a music room set up with piano, keyboards, drum kit, bass amp and other cool things to explore.

The house is large and comfortable, with air conditioning and heating to suit. It's a bright house with heavy curtains should you like to block some of that light. The house is elevated which provides privacy and a view of neighbours trees rather than houses.

The house is really convenient for Perth: a ten minute drive into the city and a twenty minute drive to the pristine beaches. There are a small group of shops (fruit and veg market, chemist, hairdresser, burmese supermarket, gym, thai restaurant chinese restaurant, pizza shop and a trendy cafe) just at the end of the road - at most a five minute walk. Go the other direction for about 10 minutes by foot, or one minute by car and there is a full centro shopping centre.

You should note that our home is on a relatively busy road, meaning there is a little noise to get used to, mostly just at rush hours. If you really need to - keeping the windows shut at the front of the house keeps the noise down, and the rear of house is basically immune to it anyway.

A car swap is also available while you are here. We have a 2000 Toyota Camry Station Wagon. If you prefer public transport we have an ultra convenient bus stop right next door which takes you into the city (takes roughly 20 minutes, with other good stops for restaurants and pubs on the way). You are also more than welcome to use our bikes. We have two adult and two young kids bikes, helmets, locks etc.

As we are only a 10 minute drive or cab ride to the city, we have quick access to the CBD and the Northbridge cultural precinct - with its museums, galleries, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and Chinatown.
Within 5 minutes is also the Mount Lawley precinct - with Beaufort Street providing many other trendy locations for shopping, eating and nightlife. Google can reveal many of these to you further.
