About our House: single storey double brick bungalow comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge room, family room, study, kitchen and laundry. Low maintenance front and back gardens. Rear patio area and carport.

the house is conveniently located close to parks, a river, the sea, golf courses. There are two major shopping centres within 10 minutes. The railway station is also 10 minutes away and connects to the city, bondi and cronulla beaches as well as being on the main line to the south coast region. The airport is 30 minutes away. A fast train to the city gets you there in 20 minutes where, of course, there are an abundance of theatres, restaurants, museums, etc. Also from circular quay, ferries run to all points on Sydney Harbour.
