About our House: Cute 105 year old Weatherboard cottage with extension built 10 years ago. New gourmet kitchen 3 years ago.

Beaches, parks, river, swimming pools, theatre, cinema, restaurants, great bus and train system make Subiaco one of the best older suburbs in WA. Tree lined streets only 4km from the city of Perth and 15 minutes by train from Fremantle Port. Very conveniently placed for all attractions.

15 minutes walk away is Kings Park, a major 1000 acres (400 hectares) beautiful tourist attraction has huge landscaped parkland areas with childrens' play equipment and cafes as well as bushland overlooking the River Swan.

Subiaco is renowned for fashion shopping, weekend markets and Football stadium. Shopfronts on the street and not in a shopping centre. Many cafes and restaurants of high calibre.
