Location: Beach/Coastal, Country - Our house is 100 metres from a beautiful beach. It is a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We are 40 minutes from Dorrigo National park, a world heritage listed site and close to other bush walking sites..

We are Larry and Helen, retired secondary school teachers who are no longer restricted to school holidays. We love to travel and have participated in many swaps both in Oz and overseas. We love the outdoors, playing tennis, walking, bike riding and swimming. We also love reading and music. We have lived in our house for over 25 years and have spent time renovating it.

About our House: Our house is built over 3 levels. The downstairs area has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a family room that leads out to the garden. The middle level has the kitchen, dining and laundry, while the upstairs has the main bedroom, another bathroom and a large living area that leads out to the balcony where a pleasant afternoon can be spent enjoying a book, the birds and a quiet beverage. There are beds for 4 but there is also a sofa that can be made up.

Coffs Harbour is about halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Byron Bay is 2 hrs north and Pot macquarie is and hour and a half south. It offers all the attractions one would expect from a beachside city. A short drive and you can be in the mountains enjoying the rainforest walks, or a short walk down the hill and you can be enjoying the cool, clean waters or our beach. It is an ideal destination if you like being active. We have bikes, golf clubs and tennis racquets for your use.
