We are a family of 4, with 2 children (12 year old son and a 10 year old daughter). My wife works in the finance industry and I work from home. We have a 3 year old cocker spaniel called 'Proncess' who is very friendly and loves cuddles. We are non-smoking, very active and love to travel.

About our House: Our house is architect designed, and only 2 years old. House is designed to be cool in summer, without need for airconditioning, and warm in winter, but we have central heating (gas) for those few cold nights and mornings. House is 2 storey, north facing, in a private estate. Pool is undercover and adjacent to the BBQ and outdoor dining. There are 3 BRs & 3 bathrooms downstairs, 2 with Queen beds & Guest BR with a King bed. Master BR has a King Bed, Shower room & separate bath. There are also 2 sofa-beds.

Our house is located about 6 km to the north of Sydney CBD. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in both Cammeray (1km) and Crows Nest (1.5km). Nearest bus stop is in Cammeray, about 1 km. CBD, Westfield Chatswood, Taronga Zoo and Balmoral Beach are approx 10 - 15 mins by car. Manly (Surf Beach) about 20 - 25 mins drive.
