We are a small team consisting of husband (Sam), wife (Megan) and 13 year old daughter. Our older children have moved on but we still have a large house to offer. Sam works in the golf industry and Megan is a stay at home mum. We have travelled quite a bit over the years and have swapped our home to travel to Canada and Darwin and made lifelong friends along the way. We are very lucky to have a large modern home on a canal on the Sunshine Coast with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and everything else this tourist mecca has to offer. We have 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a pool, spa and jetty. There is an extensive walkway out our back door that winds all the way along the water. Our house is at the end of a cul de sac and only 10 minutes from Mooloolaba and 40 minutes from Noosa.

About our House: Our house is a modern twist on a balinese style 5 bedroom home plus office with a pool, spa and jetty. We have everything that you would expect in a well appointed home including direct access to a walk/bike track around the island. With a major shopping complex only minutes away and plenty of public transport, getting around is not a problem. The Hinterland is only 30 minutes drive, Noosa is 40 minutes and Brisbane is an hour down the road. We have a Toyota Prado 7 seater that could be available in the swap. There are a number of world class beaches all within a few minutes of our home and of course the famous Australia Zoo! If you love the beach, cafes, national parks, diving, mountain climbing, market shopping, sailing, surfing etc etc...then this is the place for you!!

We have a little dog called Henry (9 years old) who loves children but can be cared for elsewhere if necessary. We also have a fish!
