Outside deck with dining and alfresco furniture.Lawned area and in ground swimming pool.Double garage and parking for 2 extra cars on driveway.
Equipment in house available for use includes kayak,canoe, surf ski,bicycles,camping gear.

Our house is located 45 minutes by car north of Brisbane CBD with its many attractions,sporting venues,and river lifestyle.Gold coast attractions such as Wet n Wild,Movie World,Dream World,Sea World and the famous surfing beaches are approximately 60-90 minutes away by car.The Sunshine coast with it's beautiful surfing beaches, Australia Zoo,rainforests,Glasshouse Mountains and hinterland are within an hour's drive.
The house is situated 150metres from Queens beach in Redcliffe seaside village which has many parks, outside BBQ areas,lagoon facilities,jetty,shops,cafes,restaurants, theatre,library,sporting facilities,boat ramps,marina,whale watching trips(June-Oct)and 26kms of pedestrian/cycling pathway.The Redcliffe peninsula's many attractions can be viewed on http://www.redcliffe.net.au.
Moreton Bay is home to many islands which can be accessed from Brisbane and Redcliffe.
