We have a lovely 3 bedroom home that has 3 living areas and a second bathroom. We have a corner block with a low maintenance garden. Close to Launceston CBD and ammenities and in a quiet, tree lined street, everything is at your doorstep. We are a school principal and public servant couple along with our 5 year old daughter. We are a non smoking couple who keep a clean and tidy home. We are looking to house swap to a similar standard. We are also willing to negotiate including our Swift Conqueror caravan and Holden SSV.

About our House: Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas, freshly painted, new soft furnishings, very comfortable and conveniently situated in a leafy street. Supermarket is a short walk and Launceston CBD a short 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk. Bus stop is located within a few minutes walk. Also willing to negotiate the use of our Swift Conqueror Caravan and Holden SSV.

Launceston is perfectly situated for a mountain or coastal escape with either being less than one hour by car. It is also situated close to some of the best wineries in the world producing world class Pinot Noir and other premium brands. Visit the Gorge and ride the chair lift or visit Boags Brewery, one of the oldest and best ale breweries in Australia.
