We are a Sydney based family of five with three children aged 5, 7 & 9. Both of us are professionals (Accountant & IT Manager). We love exploring and an outdoor lifestyle. We have a beautiful rural home to share and would love to take the opportunity to take the kids to variety of interesting and diverse destinations.

About our House: We have a beautiful and substantial rural property which sits on 30 acres of both cleared and virgin bushland. The property is an operating flower farm with a family of goats and a couple of chickens.

The house has five bedrooms, two with ensuite, plus a study. The house can easily accommodate 10 but can fit more quite comfortably. There are two oversized living areas plus formal and informal dining. The house is flanked by verandas on both sides, with the southern view taking in lavender and citrus plantations whilst the northern view overlooks the stunning spring fed dam, complete with diving board and two running waterfalls.

This property is perfect for relaxing indoors, taking walks throughout the property or sunning yourself beside the dam. There is also a BBQ and comfortable outdoor setting provided for leisurely meals whilst watching the kids swim or paddle around in the dam.

There are even Bass to be caught in the top dam, if you're a keen fisherperson and plenty of bird and wildlife watching to be done either from the kitchen window or on walks around the property or in nearby forrest bushwalks.

A variety of lovely central coast beaches are within 20 - 25 minutes drive.
A huge westfield shopping centre plus cinemas and restaurants is only 15 minutes away
A 30 minute trip on the F3 takes you to Wahroonga/Hornsby, which leads you to the rest of Sydney, and you can be in Sydney City in just over an hour.

There is also a local corner store just 1km down the road for essential supplies.
