Janet and Peter are retired professionals who enjoy outdoor activities. The home is a modern 4 year old
stylish apartment in the eastern suburb of Melbourne in a building of 17 apartments and 7kms from the central city of Melbourne. The apartment is on the 3rd level with a lift and has lovely views over parkland.
There is a train service 800metres away. The location is very quiet and in a housing area.
We are in our mid 70's and both healthy and active, and we have a holiday house 80 kms away. We both drive. We have two married children who live in Melbourne and have 3 grandchildren. We have travelled extensively over the years, both in Australia and overseas.
