We are a middle aged couple, husband semi retired having worked in telecommunications for 30 years, followed by 12+ years running own boat broking business, now working part time. Wife still working full time in IT industry. Son has moved to Perth working in mining industry. We are keen to spend time in Perth with family. We also have family in New Zealand, so are interested in house swap options in Mt Maunganui. We are also planning a trip to Europe in 2013 and would be interested in house swaps in Europe.
