We are a family of 3, the 3rd is our new addtion who came along March 2012, a baby boy. We also have a dog which we won't leave in the house for you but it's a dog friendly house. We are both flexible with work so anytime suits but we would prefer times when there are a few public holidays so my partner doesn't have to take too much time off, like Christmas/New Year or Easter. We are open to destinations. We haven't been successful in doing a house swap yet, but hopefully soon.

About our House: We have a cute brick house with iron roof (new) in a quiet and friendly street with great neighbours. We have renovated our kitchen which has new appliances, 900mm oven, stone benchtops, dishwasher, double sink, great lighting and design. We also added a fantastic huge covered timber deck with downlights, fans, plasma TV, dining area and lounge area. We have planted trees along both sides since these photos. We have also renovated our family bathroom which has a huge bath and stone benchtop. It's a very family friendly house with timber floorboards throughtout and french doors leading out to the flat outside area. We are a 10min walk to trendy Chirn Park which has great restaurants/cafes and boutiques. We can also walk to the Broadwater which has a lovely walking/riding tracking. Public transport is just around the corner, 2minutes. Labrador is definitely a great spot for a holiday with a quick 15min drive to all the theme parks.
