We have recently moved here to Coffs Harbour from Perth, WA and love it. However we need to return to Perth for medical reasons and are looking to possibly share. We are a couple with no children. My husband Chris is semi retired and I run my own graphic design business. We are enjoying our new coastal lifestyle after living in the Perth Hills for 16 years. We sold our house there and went travelling around Australia in a camper trailer then decided to have a sea change. Unfortunately my husband needed to have a knee replacement and has been having dramas since. We want to use the same surgeon in Perth hence the need to return revery so often.

About our House: Our house is situated on 2.7 acres surrounded by banana and mango trees. The house is 7 years old and has 3 double bedrooms and a study that overlooks the ocean. The main bedroom has a huge ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The second bathroom also has a separate bath and shower.
Downstairs which is the access to the lock up garage is another huge double room with shower and toilet in the laundry. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining area and lounge room. There is a surround sound TV/DVD HD system. The balcony overlooks the valley and is very tranquil sitting watching the birds and kanagroos that frequent the area. There is also a deck on the otherside that overlooks the ocean.

Korora Valley is a lush creen tropical paradise situated north of Coffs Harbour. It is a 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour City, 5 minute drive to Park Beach Plaza (Coffs main shopping centre), 5 minute drive to the beach and 10 minute drive to Coffs Jetty, Marina, cafes and resturants. Just a few minutes drive south is the cinemas and the infamous Big Banana that has a waterslide park and ice rink. The Pet Porpoise is a must and only 10 minutes away. Here you are able to interact with the dolphins and seals on a one-to-one based. There are numerous resorts close by that have bars and good restaurants and overlook the ocean. Plus much more.
