Hi, I am in my mid 50's. My career was as a Firefighter. Serving for 29 years with the N.Z. Fire service. Retired from that and now I work summers and travel during winter. A sporting person I also enjoy supporting provincial and national teams. I have travelled extensively. A little of Europe, Africa. Mostly I have been to South and Central America and Asia.

The house is new. Small and cosy. Very comfortable with recliner chairs, Plasma t.v. It has unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. The location allows walks and bike rides from directly in front of house. There is a large deck for sun and views. The main bathroom is dual access ensuite/bathroom. Also separate toilet. 3 Bedrooms, It also has a semi self contained area where the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is. Along with a kitchenette. I used to rent this area on Airbnb. Common areas are laundry and garage and outdoor deck.

My house is in the town of Frankton. About 6 km from Queenstown and near the airport. Walking distance to airport. Many locals live here because of all day sun and close to shops, banks and walks. You can walk or bike along the lake path to Queenstown. There is also bus service that is cheap. It has amazing views of the lake and mountains and a great place to spend your time in Central Otago. There are 2 ski fields within half hour drive to the ski lift and another about an hour.

We have recently stayed at Jimmy's home in Queenstown for 1wk. The place was beautiful with magnificent views on the lake. Great location especially if you like to ski. Very handy to the shops. Place was spotless and had everything there! We were so happy there! Comunication between Jimmy was also great! Thanks again!
