Retired couple looking forward to more travelling and house swaps. We have lived in Byron Bay for the past 28 year, and love our low set home, and the quiet area of Byron Bay we live in. We consider ourselves very friendly and easy going. We love the beach, swimming, music, art, movies and a good cup of coffee. Over the years I've been hosting visitors from many parts of the world, who come to Byron Bay for a cultural experience, yoga teaching training courses, a retreat or just chill out, learn massage or just return for a holiday. We enjoy their company. We will treat your home with respect, and expect the same in return. Our Home is a non smoking environment.

We live in a very quiet and leafy green area of Byron Bay with parkland/reserve full of birds at the rear of property.
Low set brick & tile, bamboo flooring, bright, airy and cool open plan living, Off street parking
Kitchen, Dining, 2 x Patios & BBQ. Garden and lawns to relax.
The home has 3 bedrooms (I lock up our master )
This leaves 2 guest's bedrooms and a large guest's bathroom.
Walk to our local beach at North Belongil (next to Elements Resort).
Walk to Arts & Industries shopping outlets, Surf Wear, Fashion Boutiques, Gift Ware & Art Galleries.
Very short walk to Cafes, restaurants, Organic food Outlets, Hotel,
The New " Habitat" Retail and Food Precinct.
Yoga Studios, Gyms, or treat yourself to a massage and/or Beauty treatment.
Walk to the heart of Byron Town Centre( approx 20 minutes)
Drive to heart of Byron Town centre (4 minutes)
Very easy bike ride to Town centre.
Mature Couples or Retirees only.
Not suitable for children (one side of house is not fenced off)
Definitely no animals please.

My home is located in a very quiet and leafy green area of Byron Bay, with a Nature Reserve full of trees & bird life at rear of premises. Hear the birds singing in the morning and sleep to the sounds of the Ocean from our nearby beach.
Very short walk to our local shopping Centre and Supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotel, Organic & health food outlets,
The Arts and Industries Estate with it's many Surf - Fashion Clothing Outlets, Art Galleries, Gift Shops, Yoga studios, Beauty and Gym/Fitness Centres, which are all at your door step, so to speak.

What a lovely 6 nights we had a Cathy& Robs lovely little house. They have interesting sitting areas in different areas of their cute garden. Being wimps, it was just a tad too chilly for us to enjoy these areas, however, summer would be fantastic. Their home was clean, quiet and welcoming. Thank you C & R, for allowing us to share your lovely home.
