Loved, Victorian weatherboard house, patiently awaiting a major renovation! Mt Wellington can be seen from the front verandah and there are water views from both the back and front. The garden is mostly lawn with some weed beds! A trampoline and slide keep the kids happy. There is off street parking to the side of the house. The house has 3 living area, one of which is open to the kitchen. The other 2 both have seating and TVs. There are 4 childrens bedrooms, one with a three quarter sized bed and a queen in the main bedroom. Battery Point has many cafes and restaurants, Salamanca Place and the wharf area is a 10 minute walk, Sandy bay with its shops and supermarkets is also 10 minutes and the city centre 15 minutes.
